How to do
Acupressure by yourself?
We do NOT suggest you to do Acupuncture
with needles if you are not a health professional.
1. Use Cupping
Set to do Acupressure without needles.
This is almost as strong as acupuncture; as safe as your
finger; click for Cupping
Instructions.
2. Use our Chrono Acupoint Calendar
to select points to do acupressure -effective plus
Double safe because all the
acupoints used are on limbs;
It's NOT very effective to use your finger
to do acupressure by yourself because you can not relax
at the same time.
